Chris Rose once had an extensive Streptocarpus hybridizing program, resulting in a range of interesting cultivars. Most of them are no longer in cultivation, but it’s interesting seeing where he was going.
These flowers have genetically inherited “fantasy” flower markings. The plant illustrated is a sibling of a plant with fantasy flowers [S. cyaneus (pink) x S. ‘Joanna’], which is shown here. Another photo of these flowers, with others, can be seen here.
