This print is very similar, but not identical, to another from Curtis’ Botanical Magazine. The print here is probably a copy, albeit one in which the artist took some license. Note, in particular, the arrangement of the lowest flower and its adjacent leaf in the two prints.
This species is now known as Kohleria inaequalis var. ocellata.
