E. ‘Silver Skies’ is often grown for show as a foliage plant as its many small silvery leaves that can be displayed to stunning effect, as in the photo above (from the 2017 convention of the Gesneriad Society) and in another show plant here, from the 2019 convention. However , ‘Silver Skies’ large flowers (relative to its leaf size) and floriferous nature can make a blooming plant an equally stunning sight.
