Streptocarpus latens is another species occurring in colonies in deep rock cracks and overhangs on the highveld escarpment of Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. It has 1 to 3 dainty hairy dark green leaves with serrated edges and small white tube-shaped flowers (16-22 mm) often with two violet streaks and yellow markings.
