Abstract

Paraboea leopoldii is newly described from the volcanic islands of Bodgaya and Boheydulong off Semporna in Sabah, Borneo. Its closest relatives appear to be P. minahassae from Sulawesi and P. schefferi from Kalimantan (Indonesian Borneo).
