This spectacular specimen was exhibited at the 2020 virtual show of the Gesneriad Society.
This cultivar is a variegated sport of the hybrid Columnea ‘Stavanger’ (“Broget” refers to the variegation). According to the Columnea Register, it is likely the same clone as the cultivar C. ‘Maarsen’s Flame’.
