Gesneria cuneifolia is a Caribbean species, and it and its variants (such as ‘Tom Talpey’, shown here) were once widely grown and often seen in shows. While it requires fairly high humidity it is not otherwise an especially difficult plant. It is good to see it reappearing. This specimen was exhibited at the 2024 convention show of the Gesneriad Society.
