P. ‘Yuyan’ is a very fine new hybrid introduced by Chinese hybridizers Yan Haixia, Tao Da-yan, He Jing-zhou and Zhou Jin-ye. It is a selection from the cross P. liujiangensis x P. glandaceistriata, and is a compact grower (a maximum of about 18cm across the plant) with high bloom potential.
