Three new taxa of Gesneriaceae from Colombia are decribed: Cremosperma micropectem from the Pacific slopes of the Valle del Cauca Department and Resia umbratica and R. nimbicola subsp. nemoralis, from Central Colombia; the new combination Resia bracteata (Skog & de Jesus) Fern. Alonso is proposed and the affinities of the known species of Resia are discussed.
