This attractive and very floriferous hybrid of A. micranthus and A. humilis was created in the mid 1980s by Bartley Schwartz. It is capable of an incredible display of flowers on a generally upright or spreading plant. Although unlabeled, this appears to be a very nicely grown basket of A. ‘Big Apple’.
