• Edit pictures to GRW standards (good quality, 1500+ pixels on the longest side) before uploading to the site. Make sure your image files have names that include the genus and the species/cultivar name.
• Access the Media Library from either the Dashboard Menu (top left) or the Set Featured Image dialogue within Genus or Plant pages.
• Within the Media Library, upload images using the “Select Files” function.
• Remove an existing Featured Image from a genus or plant page by clicking “Remove Featured Image”
• Add a Featured Image by clicking “Add Featured Image”, which invokes the Media Library; you can either select an existing image or upload a new one.
• Within the Media Library, search for images by using all or part of a species/cultivar name.
• To add a caption or description to an image, select it for editing and enter/modify the information in the resulting dialog.  You don’t need to save your work, this is done automatically.
